- WHAT IS INCLUDED ?
*everything that you see in the theme images will be set up at the party.
Each tent includes: mattress, sheet set, decorative pillows, mini chalkboard, bed tray, plush rug, mini lantern, fairy lights, night lights special effects, garland of leaves or flowers and pennants and/or pom poms.
* No set up or take down fees.
We assemble and disassemble all the tents and decorations.
- HOW IS THE DATE RESERVATION PROCESS ?
Initially you pay a $100 booking fee.
The booking fee will go towards the total balance and on the party day you will pay the balance amount of renting the tents + travel fee + stairs fee + add-ons (if there any).

About Stairs Fee:
Our party setup equipment is heavy and bulky, so if you don't have an elevator, we charge an additional $30 fee for each floor from the third level. First and second floors are free.
- WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO BOOK THE DATE ?
You need to know the "date of the party" and the "approximate" number of tents, but don't worry about having the exact number.
Up to 15 days before the party you can request a change of the chosen theme. If the requested theme is available, we will exchange it free of charge.
Up to 4 days before the party you must inform us if there has been a change in the number of tents.
You can add any add-on before the day of the party, however if you leave it to the last minute it will probably not be available
- WHO WILL SET UP THE TENTS ?
Our team will set up the party at your home. You just need to empty the space where the tents will be placed.
Set up of the tents:
We will contact you to schedule the set up of tents but it can be done up to 48 hours before the party date.
Pick up of the tents:
We will contact you to schedule the pick up of tents but it can be done up to 48 hours after the party date.
Depending on the theme and the number of tents, ste up can take from 1 to 2 hours.
To pick up it will take until 1 hour.
- CLEANING AND SANITIZING.
All our products are cleaned and sanitized before being assembled in your home.
